Attendance<\/span><\/h1>\n

In Attendance you can add details for a single day or a range of dates:<\/p>\n

You do not need to mark individual students as present but only the absences. The system will mark all not absent students as present automatically.<\/p>\n

  1. Go to Attendance.<\/li>\n
  2. Day view will open.<\/li>\n
  3. Select the Group you want to mark.<\/li>\n
  4. Change the date displayed if you want.<\/li>\n
  5. Change \u201cAttendance was checked\u201d button from red to green to mark all students present or mark the individual absent students.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    If you want to mark a range of dates:<\/p>\n

    1. Go to Attendance.<\/li>\n
    2. Select “With date range.”<\/li>\n
    3. Select the Group you want to mark.<\/li>\n
    4. Change the date displayed if you want.<\/li>\n
    5. Click “Turn on edit mode”.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      After you click “Turn on edit mode”:<\/p>\n

      1. Click at the top to mark all students present, or<\/li>\n
      2. Click on a drop-down to mark student absent.<\/li>\n
      3. Remember to “Turn off edit mode”.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        You can print out registers for the group;<\/p>\n
