We are thrilled to announce a new platform update – the bulk messaging feature via Telegram, Viber and WhatsApp.
What’s new?
Until now, SchoolMate let you send messages to students and teachers individually. That worked well for one-to-one conversations, but sending the same notification to an entire group still meant repetitive manual work.
With this new release, you can send messages automatically directly to entire groups via the main messaging platforms plus via email and send push notifications to students’ phones.
What type of messages can be sent?
- Changes to timetables
- Lesson details and files added for students
- Online lessons start notifications
- Upcoming payment reminders
- Overdue payment alerts
Why is this important?
A surprising amount of administrative time goes into routine communication: class reminders, schedule changes, payment follow-ups, and group announcements. When those messages have to go out one by one, errors creep in and tasks pile up.
Bulk messaging solves this directly — one action notifies the whole group, instantly, across whichever channel your students prefer.
